Most recruiters don't care about the person but only getting them hired to collect a commission. My experience with Brian Bruce has been just the opposite. He listened to what I wanted out of my career and was able to set me up with a company that meets my beliefs and values. Brian is constantly in communication with you throughout the entire process. He truly is a rarity in the recruiting field, he not only represents the companies interest, but also the potential candidates best interest. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him, in fact I have already referred someone to utilize his services. I have accepted the position with the company Brian set me up with and am excited to start my new endeavors. If anyone is hesitant about working with a recruiter don't be scared to work with Brian.
